We have an outstanding opportunity for a Receptionist to join our dynamic team.  The ideal candidate would be positive, organized, a self-starter that takes the initiative and works great in a team environment.  Attention to detail is essential in providing our clients with exceptional service. The Receptionist would perform support functions to various departments within the firm as well as assisting members of the administrative team.

Responsibilities may include but not limited to:

  • Answering the phone
  • Greeting visitors
  • Gathering and sorting tax organizers from the mail daily and moving through admin process
  • Support administrative team with operational tasks such as filing, faxing, scanning, FedEx, daily mail distribution and other general office items
  • Assisting with client engagement letter process
  • Overseeing and maintaining a clean and presentable waiting area and kitchen, emptying dishwasher
  • Oversee office supplies and kitchen supplies ensuring items are always stocked
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Public Accounting industry experience a plus, not required

Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills
  • Proficient with all Microsoft Office products
  • Flexibility to work overtime from February – April 15th is required
  • Highly proficient written and oral communication skills
