Position Overview:

The Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant politely greets clients and staff, can stay very organized and professional. This individual has a positive attitude throughout the workday and is willing to help with whatever needs attention to on any certain day. Should be comfortable in answering phones, greeting clients, scanning documents, using Microsoft Office, and providing various administrative and marketing support.  This is a great opportunity with much potential for growth.

Responsibilities include:
• Maintain positive interactions with clients, visitors, delivery personnel
• Ability to complete daily tasks (answering calls, emails, note taking, billing, etc.)
• Responsible for ensuring the reception area, conference rooms, and common areas are clean, neat, stocked and organized
• Sort and distribute incoming mail; coordinate all outgoing mail; re-stock office and  kitchen supplies as needed/ Flexible and willingness to support other business needs
• Assist Marketing Manager with special projects and Insightly CRM

Qualifications include:
• 2 – 3 years min of receptionist/front desk/administrative assistant experience required
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Good organizational skills
• Prior experience with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to conduct themselves in a professional environment

  • Prior experience using CRM a plus
  • Prior experience in professional services a plus Education Requirements:
    • High School diploma/GED certification is required
    • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
